      21st Century Prenatal DHA softgels are a non-fish source of Omega-3 fatty acids that help support mother and baby during pregnancy and breast feeding. PreNatal DHA softgels can be taken in combination with the prenatal multivitamin.

      Suggested use

      As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) tablet and one (1) softgel daily with a meal or as directed by a healthcare provider. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Individual results may vary.

      Other ingredients

      Prenatal Multivitamin: Cellulose, starch, stearic acid, maltodextrin. Contains <2 of: Artificial colors (fd&c blue #2 carmine, fd&c red #40, fd&c yellow #6), croscarmellose sodium, magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate, peg, polyvinyl alcohol, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide.

      Prenatal DHA: High oleic sunflower oil, gelatin capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water, fd&c red #40, annatto).

      Warnings

      Consult a healthcare provider prior to use if pregnant, nursing, taking medications, including blood thinners, have a medical condition or are planning a medical procedure. Stop use and contact a physician if adverse reactions occur.

      Folic Acid should not exceed 1,000 mcg per day.
